梳毛

一年采毛４次，即一季度采毛一次。幼兔以在出生后２個(gè)月剪胎毛為宜。采毛的方式有兩種：

一是拔毛

適合在春末和深秋換毛時(shí)節(jié)，扯長(zhǎng)留短，提高毛質(zhì)和售價(jià)，促進(jìn)新毛生長(zhǎng)。一般在兔換毛季節(jié)不宜剪毛，因剪毛而毛根未脫，會(huì)阻礙新毛長(zhǎng)出，出現(xiàn)新毛生長(zhǎng)稀疏或局部不長(zhǎng)。拔毛時(shí)，宜小撮小撮地扯。對(duì)懷孕母兔、哺乳母兔、幼兔暫不拔毛。

將兔放在桌上，左手肘突輕壓兔頭部，手掌壓兔背腰，將兔安靜地固定，右手持梳子將兔背毛順脊柱方向左右梳開，再用剪刀由臀向頸開剪，再剪體側(cè)、四肢、腹部、尾毛，剪耳毛。剪毛時(shí)將兔皮繃緊些，貼近毛根分層剪。

不牽拉兔皮膚，以免剪傷皮肉。剪到胸腹時(shí)要避開乳頭，對(duì)公兔要避免剪傷睪丸，剪下的兔毛要按毛的長(zhǎng)度和質(zhì)量分級(jí)存放。特級(jí)為６.５厘米以上，一級(jí)為５.１厘米以上，二級(jí)為３.８厘米以上，三級(jí)為２.５厘米以上，凡粘結(jié)、黃次均屬此級(jí)。
